Please, we want open elections! Jim is strong and shouldn’t need people who think like him. He should want an honest debate so that all sides of an issue are discussed and then voted upon. We need to have open, honest discussions and not be afraid that there will be retaliation if there is a difference of opinion. Notice I said discussions, not hateful, spiteful talk.

It would be good if Chiarelli had a strong opponent in his re-election campaign.

Years ago, I had an unpleasant interaction with one of his staff members who I found was getting too inquisitive about a development project I was involved in that was not in Chiarelli’s ward.
